The first event of note was your dreaded First Haircut. Your mom finally gave me permission to cut your hair (what was she thinking!?!), and I leapt into action before she could change her mind.
I was expecting that you and I would have a serious difference in opinion about whether or not you needed a haircut, but you were shockingly well behaved the entire time.
Feeling confident after our successful first haircut...
...I decided to take you on your first easter egg hunt at Compass Bible Church.
I was not prepared for the madness that awaited us.
When the hunt began, we were immediately surrounded by crazed children and their even crazier parents. And I'm not going to lie. It got ugly.
But in the end...
VICTORY!
And that's what separates a Good Friday from a Great Friday.
There was also the Rock Harbor Good Friday service, a Honey Baked riot and the usual Denny's freak show. But I've got no pictures of any of that, so who cares?

Maybe I'll get to see the video some day when I'm at the Freitases' house (our neighbors)
